Hyperion FCM/ARM Data Tables

We are looking to bring our Hyperion FCM and ARM data into a data warehouse to manage our metrics reporting and wondering if I can get a listing of the main data tables for both modules.  I know there are likely many config tables working behind the scenes but I am just looking for the tables that would hold the same data points that you would likely be able to see on the front-end.
