OUI exits when installing OID 11.1.1.7

Using Xming and RHEL 6.6. the OID 11.1.1.7 OUI passes the initial start tests then closes the putty session and does not start the OUI.

Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.6   x86_64


I have successfully installed the prereq components prior to this.  Can restart the installation of previous components and cancel without issue.  Appears to be limited to this download.

Have downloaded the media again. same issue.

Have attempted to use MobaXterm. same issue.

Logs state copying the information to /tmp.  /tmp is 400MB as requested and only 30% used.
