Audit logs for data Extracts through PS Query

We have a requirement to audit all the PS Query users. who ,when and what data the users are trying to extract through PS Query ?

This is one of Our Key Audit compliance and looking for report to extract this information , if this information is stored in any of the records ? If not in PS tables any where in Standard Oracle tables ?

We have tried by enabling ‘Query Statistics’ option. But this option is given only for analysis purpose and will have an adverse effect on performance if enabled for longer time.

‘’ PeopleSoft recommends that you use the query statistics feature only for analysis, and that you do not leave it enabled on an ongoing basis. Enabling this feature may compromise the performance and the system may have an increased possibility of query time-outs or may return query results with zero values. This recommendation also applies to users of queries in reports”
