Portal pagelets tools 8.53 & 8.51

Hi there,

I have a problem with portal security for the pagelets on home page. I have 2 pagelets which should show up based on the security, but users don't have ability to decide which pagelet they see. But instead they show this:

Error executing pagelet.

Detailed error description:

The current user has insufficient privileges to complete this operation.

On my home page tab pagelets are Optional- Default, because users do not have Personalize content or layout. How do I do it?????!


Any help is greatly appreciated.
