Withholding tax

Withholding tax by (Amount Ranges) not calculate de correct amount.

I have the following Tax Rates

0.00 to 1,787.77 = Rate , Discount 0

1,787.78 to 2,679.29 = Rate 7.5, Discount 134.08

2,679.30 to 3,572.43 = Rate 15, Discount 335.03

3,572.44 to 4,463.81 = Rate 22.5, Discount 602.96

4,463.81 to      = Rate 27.5, Discount 826.15

For all my invoices the application take 27.5 rate

Please any body can help  me?
