Future_cost seed records

Hi ,

I am running into an issue of missing records in Future_cost table.

Here is my scenario :

New Item is created , we have a custom script to link the new item to required Stores after which SITMAIN batch takes care of ranging process.

No records are inserted into future_cost table.

Please note that we have disabled the future cost engine batches.

Can you please tell me how is the seed record inserted into future_cost table for new item / loc ?
