Incentive Compensation - EBS (MOSC)

I have following scenario

Hi All,

I have defined two dimensional Rate table where targets and location are two dimensions. I need to create a function where we will pass sales repid and Process date by running this function it should return two columns 1. location 2. sum(quantity).

Is there any way we can define this directly in expression tab
