Unable to Make Operating Setup for Payables, Receivables & India Localisation

Hi

We have existing and we have created new Operating Unit as per below steps.

1. New Location created for Operating Unit

2. New Operating Unit Created

3. Defined Balancing Segment Value

But I am not able to see Operating Unit Value while doing Payables & Receivables Setup. Also I am not able to see the Operating Unit Value in India Localisation Setup.

Please help me to resolve the issue
