OAM 11.1.2.1.4 - high max times for authz-authn process & NAP operations

Dears,

While monitoring our OAM 11.1.2.1.4 two-node cluster, we noticed a high max time value for authz-authn process & NAP operations as per the below screenshots, taken from DMS Spy - DMS Metrics section:

OAMS.OAM_Applications.. (Node 2 is the upper one here)

OAMS.OAM_Server.OAM_Agents..

As you may have noticed, the max time values (Yellow) are quite high, comparing to the average (Pink).

Now, as per my understanding, the NAP Operations represents the communications between webgates and OAM (also referred to as OAP.. ?), and as noticed, the high max time values for authz process, correspond to high max time value for NAP Operations, which makes me think that the bottleneck may be there ..
