End of extended support for FSCM 9.1 and HR 9.1

We're planning our upgrade roadmap and are currently running FSCM 9.1 and HR 9.1

Extended support for FSCM 9.1 ends in Nov 2017 and for HR 9.1 in Sept 2017.

Does this mean we need to have completed our upgrade to 9.2 on both these applications by these dates to continue to receive support on our applications or that we need to have begun our upgrades by these dates?
