Providing LOGS Access for Developers

Hello,

So here is our situation.  I will do my best to describe this and the requirement of the organization I am currently consulting for.

Ultimately, what I am looking for is a way to provide access for our developers to the LOGS directory for the app server and/or the process schedulers.  Our environments are currently RHEL 6.  The developers currently have SSH access to those servers so they can get to the LOGS directory for when they run a trace or looking in the APPSRV directory for troubleshooting issues.  Management, for security reasons, want to remove SSH access for this group of users.  If we do this, without having another solution in place, what will happen is the developers will email the PS Admins
