SES Indexing issues - PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 (Tools release 8.54.09)

We are currently facing Java exceptions while running the SES index creation PTSF_GENFEED process (Navigation: Home > PeopleTools > Search Framework > Adminstration > Schedule Search Index). As a result, none of the SES index runs are complete. The environment is PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM and the tools release is 8.54.09

Java Exception: java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: Method PeopleSoft.PeopleCode.Func.SetCNavDataFromIBReq(I)I not found: registering Java class PeopleSoft/PeopleCode/Func (2,728) PTSF_GENFEED.SES_STAT.GBL.default.1900-01-01.Step01.OnExecute PCPC:3415 Statement:39

Steps taken so far: We found a relevant patch for the problem and copied the new files to the class directory. The patch number is 2081174-POC-919608-01. The files were copied and the app, web and process scheduler servers were rebooted.
