How to query the workflow runtime data in EBS R12.1.3

Dear All,

I want to know, how can I see the workflow runtime data associated with workflows. we are planning to delete obsolete workflow runtime data but for convincing our Techno-functional we need to show them the difference between runtime data and actual production data.

Kindly help me in finding out the procedure to query the workflow runtime data.
