Hiding Supplier, Employee and Customer Data from different Orgs/Legal entities in R12 TCA...

Hello,

We are on  R12.1.3.   Does anyone know of functionality on how we can hide Supplier/Employee data and Customer Data from different Orgs?   

Currently regardless of your responsibility security everyone can see Supplier or Customer data regardless of who entered it.    I appreciate that this is the current Oracle TCA model,  but we need to hide/prevent users seeing certain data outside their local countries because of Data Protection laws.    I would rather not have to setup a separate instance.

Any suggestions on where I can start to look?
