Location not Appearing in LOV for Regime Registration

We have defined new locations for an existing Inventory Org.

The Locations created are appearing in LOV when we open the Additional India Organisation Information but the same do not appear when we try to assign the same to Value Added Tax Regime.

Can someone help me on this.
