EO91 Bundle 12 Sysaudit IBRK-23 error

Hi,

I am getting a sysaudit error after applying this bundle to our development environment.  Since we don't run Integration Broker I am not familiar with this or how to look into/fix these sysaudit issues.  I do see from https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/BugMatrix?_afrLoop=550672941920925&id=20278219&_afrWindowMode=0&_adf.ctrl-state=l… that it looks like this issue is supposed to be fixed with Bundle 12, but for me it seems to have caused the problem (wasn't in my "pre" audit but is there now that the bundle is applied).
