TC 30 and TC 32 Mappings

I am working on GL_Cross_Ref table and came across this problem that I cant seem to solve. How do I map my transfers. So for Transfers 30/32 there isn't a change in inventory valuation at a company level but there is but there will be a inventory valuation change at a location level ( - SOH for transfer out and + SOH for transfer In). How do I map my tran code 30 and 32 as technically 30 is a Dr.  and 32 is a Cr. but in cross ref you need to assign DR and CR to both transactions.

Example - we have transfer between location 101 and 102 for 10 units. So a TC 32 is posted that  decrements SOH for 101 and posts 32 to move that transfer into in transit for LOC 102 and also increase SOH for location 102 (upon rec 44 is posted and in-transit clears). Now after this transaction SOH is where it should be in SL. NO Issue.

Howdy, Stranger!
