IBAN Pakistan

I set up IBAN for Pakistan in 9.1 PeopleSoft with the following settings.  When I test it out with a single pay voucher, I keep getting an invalid length error.  I checked Oracle and found there was some issues with Length errors for other countries, but I didn't see Pakistan.  Has anyone else experienced this issue?
