Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. In gateway-heartbeat arp messages are sending from both SD active and standby

Hi everybody,

I would like to know if when gateway-heartbeat is enable in network-interface, both SD are sending arp messages to check gateway? or only active SD?

failover occurs only when fail arp in active SD?
