Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. greetings

How is first_time_sku (FSTSKU) processed into RWMS ? What is the logic? Where can I found it (pkg, proc, function)?

Always when we are receiving new item into RWMS on the first time not all quantity are received, Some quantities are "missing".

We need to understand what is happening,
