Questions on Emails in Close Manager
Hi Experts,
Can you please elaborate what the options are for email alerts from CM:
- Does it send for every task that moves in to a state needed the user to do something, or is it only when it's overdue?
- Does it send reminders if the user still hasn't done anything with a task he/she has already been notified of?
- Does it allow emails to be summarized or grouped together - i.e. you get emailed every two ours about what's outstanding with you &/or is new & requires your action?
