Multiple vacation rules

Hi guys,

I would like to ask if there's 2 different active workflow vacation rules defined as follows

1) Transfer all "Journal Batch" type to User A

2) Transfer "ALL" type to User B

Which rule will supersede? If a journal is being submitted, would that workflow gets routed to User A or B? I tested and it seems to be routed to User A, but I want to be sure that this is the standard behavior in all cases.
