Validation web service with Access Manager 11gR2

Dear:
A question: Oracle Access Manager 11gR2 can check validation services in the authentication process?

For example: In the process of authentication through Access Manager form should consume a web service to validate the user status (active or inactive) to authenticate the protected application access manager.

Is there any reference document or documentation on this stage
