Fluid delivered pages such as Employee self service not appearing in 9.2.0

I am not able to view the delivered pages such as Employee self service and Manager self service in the Fluid home page. I have setup virtual box and imported peoplesoft appliance of Image 11(delivered pages available) but i don't want to apply all the updates by creating a huge change package using PUM. Kindly guide if there is any particular set of patches/bug numbers that can be selected to achieve the same.
