Fluid Home Page Option not available in Main Menu

I have recently installed PT8.54 on HRMS9.2 but I am not able to see the Fluid Home Page option in the main menu on supported browsers even after un-checking the disable fluid options in web profile configuration. Kindly suggest what needs to be done.
