How do I stop process APY2021X1 running during pay cycle processing?

We are working on applying updates to our Financials 9.1 environment.  While testing MP3, we ran a pay cycle test.  Everything in the pay cycle ran as expected, except that the steps to create checks and create a positive pay file each executed two processes.  The first process in each instance was the expected APY2021- and APY2055-, but the second process in each step was a process called APY2021X1.  This appears to be a result of changes in Bundle #4.  How to I modify these pay cycle steps so that the APY2021X1 processes do not automatically run alongside the regular
