SSH & Telnet is not working , service is online

HI

both my telnet and ssh service is showing online . but i cannot able to connect through both service.

bash-3.00# svcs -a | grep  ssh

online         May_07   svc:/network/ssh:default

bash-3.00# svcs -a | grep telnet

online         May_07   svc:/network/telnet:default

there is no other service in maintenance mode and nothing special on both service logs.

current i am connecting though console. please help me to fix this issue.
