Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How do we create payment batch in OIC and with transactions attached to it?

Been trying to create payment batch in Payment Batches -> Create Payment Batch -> but can't find a Pay Group when click on the magnifying glass
