Issue in customizationo of PO workflow

I have created a XXBG_GETPG function and called it in PO_REQAPPROVAL_FINDAPPRV1.GETMGR_HR_HIER and getting below error. Not sure what is this error. No line number specified. I have bounced the application, concurrent manager then also the issue not going.

Can we call this custom function XXBG_GETPG inside seeded PO_REQAPPROVAL_FINDAPPRV1.GETMGR_HR_HIER?

Error Message  ORA-06512: at line
