Customer not found in organization tab in collection form after reactivating.
Hi All
I have a customer who is made active two months ago, Now when i try to search in the organization tab ( where we give test% and click ..) I am unable to find the customer. However, when i try to click on flash light and give the name in organization tab . Its appearing. Can you please tell me whats wrong with that. Do i need to run any program in order to update the customer in collection form.
