ASN --> Qty expected in cases vs Eaches

Hello,

     We need some clarification on ASN for a Purchase Order.  Below is the test scenario.

     My understanding is that RMS always stores quantities in Eaches in ORDLOC and SHIPSKU tables.

     Now, when I create an ASN with quantity as 1 in DEV,  I am getting 10 as quantity expected in SHIPSKU table (since supplier pack size is 10).

     When I create an ASN with quantity as 10 in QA, I would expect the quantity expected to be 240 in QA (since supplier pack size is 24), but the value that I am getting is 10.

     Could you please clarify how the calculation happens?
