RMSSUB_XITEM.CONSUME - "Retail By Zone" Record is not getting populated

Hello,

I am using XITEM to create item in 13.2.4. Item is getting created successfully but "Retail By Zone" Record is not getting populated, it is showing in RED as you can see in the following screen shot. I am attaching the script i am using to create this item. Please advise.
