signin.html - how the meta variables get their values, such as %=AfterLoginQS%

Hi,

Does anyone know how the meta variables in signin.html get their values? I refer the variables like  %=psCtxPath%, %=psHome%, %=AfterLoginQS%.

And how can I  find the list of variables that I can use in the signin.html file?
