How to make OIM 11.1.2.2.0 form fields editable while approving Task from OIM Inbox ?

Hi,

Can experts please help me here.

I am using OIM 11.1.2.2.0

I have created an Access Policy with Approval.

Now when this Access Policy is triggered, a task is raised in Inbox of identity console for System Administrator to approve.

This task show the form details for Administrator to approve.

Question 1: The form details are empty in-spite of Pre-Polulate Adapter attached to form. How do I populate the form details for Administrator to review ?

Question 2: Once populated, how do I make these fields available for editing by the approver.

Please help.
