Does anyone have a way to create a hyperlink to a voucher attachment that could be incorporated in a

I have heard that there is a drilling URL setting in Tools 8.53 that allows you to define an "Attachment URL" to build a link to an attachment file.  Has anyone developed a way to create a hyperlink to an attachment that could be incorporated in an nVision layout that would work with Tools 8.50?
