Why is "Demo" missing from "Database Create Type"

I'm very new to PeopleSoft (Oracle DBA is my background).  One of our PeopleSoft support analysts asked me to create an 8.5.4 DEMO database.  I'm following the steps in "PeopleTools 8.54 Installation for Oracle".  I'm installing on the database server (Solaris 64 bit). 

The Tuxedo and PeopleSoft installs (chapters 3 &4) go with no error, but when I run (following the steps in Chapter 6B):

   <home>/setup/PsMpDbInstall/setup.sh

and get to "Database Create Type", I only see:

Database Create Type:

  ->1- PeopleTools System

To select an item enter its number, or 0 when you are finished [0] :

What I have missed/messed up on?
