Options for 3rd Party Credit Card Processing in PeopleSoft Financials 9.1?

It appears that Campus Solutions has updated capabilities to process credit card transactions through a 3rd party to avoid PCI requirements and PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 has specifically been updated to handle this.  Where does that leave PeopleSoft Financials 9.1 customers?

I have talked to several providers and all of them work with Campus or 9.2.  It looks like the only way to do this in Financials 9.1 is custom integration.  Does anyone have a blueprint or a spec for this or a recommended supplier they have worked with?
