Automated email to account manager when sending a suspension letter

Hi Chiristine,

There is this requirement where the business wants automated email to account manage whenever a suspension letter is sent, But when I looked at it looks like

In order to include account manager when sending suspension letter   we may have  to  make changes  in the seeded Java concurrent program IEX Xml Generated and Delivery .  this java program is getting called in the standard package which is  called by  IEX: Strategy Fulfilment Mailer Wokflow,

I am not sure would it be ideal to do this, so just want to get your views on the same. I am sure requirement like these are not uncommon in other projects as well.
