Fatal Error: TXK Install Service - Cannot patch 10.1.2 Tools

Hi there,

I have been trying to install EBS 12.2.4 on Linux x86-64 and have run into pretty much the identical problem as in this post: https://community.oracle.com/thread/3684360.

In fact, I was actually the last person to comment on that thread when I said, "Were you ever able to get past this? I am having the same problem..."

Like the user in the post, the Rapid Wizard installer get up to 46% and says, "Command: /d01/oracle/VIS/fs2/inst/apps/VIS_eee/temp/adrunfmw.sh" while the bottom progress bar is stuck on 66% and says that it's "Configuring Applications Technology Stack".
