PeopleSoft GL Trial Balance GLS7012 Out of Balance between Credits and Debits

Hello All,

The treasury department in our company has reported an out of balance in the PeopleSoft GL Trial Balance report GLS7012, between Credits and Debits.  Being an IT professional, with minimal knowledge of PeopleSoft and General Ledger, I am not sure where to look for this issue.

I have searched in PeopleSoft support and found a couple of topics on the Trial balance out of balance, but none of them seem to point me in the right direction.  Could someone please guide me in the right direction so I can get this either fixed at our end or create a ticket with PeopleSoft support?
