Oracle HTTP 12c server : webgate configuration

We have ORACLE HTTP server 12c(12.1.3) running as front-end of Weblogic (12.1.3)

We would like to integrate OHS with OAM.

As a first step, I did configure webgate for OHS. (Nothing was done yet in OAM to register as partner application.)

After including webgate.conf to httpd.conf and bouncing, we are getting 500 errors and application not working.

Is it because of OAM registration is not done yet and webgate.conf included ?

If I remove webgate.conf, everything is normal.

Below message is display in the unix servers.
