APP-IEX: 240248: You must create a Fulfilment template before you can send a correspondence

Hi All,

I am getting the above error while trying to make a promise to pay using advanced collections module (Collections Agent responsibility).

Any inputs on the resolution for the same.

Also, when trying to 'Send Dunning' using Collections Agent responsibility, I am getting the error : 'APP-IEX: 2402453: Your Correspondence Request has failed'.

Please suggest.
