OIM 9 with 12c Database

I have the following products which are back ended by a previous version of the oracle database.  Our DBAs want to upgrade that database to version 12c.  Are these applications certified with a 12c database:

Oracle Identity Manager

Version: 9.1.0.1866.47

Build 1866.47

WebLogic Server Version: 10.3.0
