Voucher matched and in reycycle status

Hi Team,

We have received a issue where user had created an online voucher from PO. however, PO contained 5 lines and after coping PO in voucher user had deleted 2 lines which created imbalance in voucher header and line amount. but even though user was able to save voucher and match it.

We are trying to replicate it but if voucher header and line amount are not balanced system does not allow to save deletion. Can you please assist us in this scenario how user was able to save the changes
