Interaction Hub: How to disable Tagging feature?

Hi everyone,

Does anybody know of a way to disable the "Tags" box that appears at the bottom of the page when viewing news articles? I could not find any option for disabling this feature, nor could I find the component or content reference in the Portal Registry.

Tagging allows users to add keywords to articles and other portal content so that it is searchable by the community. There is, however, no approval process or modularization of security (like privilege sets), so users can go in and add any word they want  and it will display for all users immediately. Additionally, we have a news publication pagelet on our guest landing page, so anybody on the internet could potentially add tags.
