Unable to calculate Tax -R12.1.3

While validating or clicking the Calculate Tax button getting attached error message. Noticed AP_ETAX_SERVICES_PKG is in Invalid state while compiling getting error message

PLS-00302: component 'TRX_DATE' must be declared
