OIC Issue - r12 and 11i

We do not change our Incentive Compensation plan very often other than adding Resources (reps) to the plan. We added a rep that had previously been removed and deactivated. These sales were not showing up when we ran Collect/Load/Calculate. We've checked each setting and verified the rep is setup correctly. This type of thing has happened before and we've been able to fix it by regenerating the Formulas so we attempted that. The page load hangs for 5-10 minutes and then finally gives us the message "Error The record has been updated. Please requery the data." (screenshot attached)
