ORMS V14.1 in OEL 6 x86_64bit with latest oracle database RDBMS patch 12.1.0.1.7

Hi,

Did anyone installed RMS V14.1 in OEL 6 x86_64bit with latest oracle database RDBMS patch 12.1.0.1.7 and one-offs as per the installation guide? I am having issue (https://community.oracle.com/message/13063644) that oracle identified it as bug. I looking if this patch needs to be revoked and only 12.1.0.1.4 patch needs to be applied to both grid and rdbms home.
