Activity tab icon is missing after upgrade

Hi,

We have upgraded our Siebel applications (FINS and UCM) from 8.1.1.3 to 8.1.1.11.14. After upgrade Activity tab icon is missing as shown in attached screenshots.

This tab is visible If we directly access the application thru Web server(IIS) , but If we access this thru DNS (Web seal) icon is not visible.

No. of web servers -2

OS: Windows 2008 R2 64 bit

Load balance - F5- Web seal
