Employee maintenance in ReSA

Hello All,

As we know that we need to map all the employee in ReSA which is there in POS , to avoid error :INVALID SALESPERSON / INVALID CASHIER .

But suppose we have thousands of employee(including salesperson / cashier / Manager) and we don't want to map all of them, so how can we achieve it.

And is it necessary to create a schema(oracle user id) for each and every employee as because it don't allow which is already there.

Please help me regarding this issue.
